The $1.4 billion waterfront resort destination features (308) hotel rooms in a twenty-three-story tower, three thousand seat theater, 120,000 SF Casino, a resort spa, luxury retail shops, fine dining from local and celebrity chefs, and 30,000 SF of meeting room space. MGM National Harbor, located just outside of Washington DC, is MGM Resorts International’s newest addition to their portfolio of gaming properties.
